Meet Lily
Lily Flatley is the founder and principal of Lily Flatley Interiors, a residential design studio based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. After years working with respected Boston firms, she launched her own studio in 2022 with the support and encouragement of her longtime mentor.
Her perspective is shaped by a lifelong connection to art and culture, with influences that span generations. From her grandmother’s antique shop and bed & breakfast on Martha’s Vineyard to her family's involvement in the Arts in Boston, Lily grew up surrounded by creativity and an appreciation for art in all mediums and expressions. Today, she brings that foundation into her work, combining technical knowledge with an intuitive approach to create interiors that feel sophisticated and eloquent.
OUR TEAM
With a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University, Kathleen joins our team as a designer and project manager. Kathleen’s deep knowledge and eye for detail bring a thoughtful precision to every project and client interaction.

Estella brings several years of design field experience and is actively pursuing her degree in Interior Design while supporting us as our newest Design Assistant. With a love for antiques, Estella brings unique perspective and thoughtfully sourced pieces to each project.
